YFGold support

It offers support for YetiForce ERP-CRM.

The YFGold package provides a total of 12 man-hours of support.

Support is provided via email and remote connection.

The service includes

• resolution of anomalies with assessment of the relative fixing
• explanation of the mechanisms / functionality of the product itself
• minimum time for each request: 15 minutes

Software development and support on paid sections/features (YetiForce Zoo) are excluded.
